Our Vision at Warren TSA

The Warren Teaching School Alliance Vision

The Warren Teaching School Alliance partners agree to work together under the leadership of Warren Road Primary School as the designated National Teaching School.  The partners agree to work together to fulfil the expectations of Teaching Schools according to the Teaching Schools handbook.  This involves a commitment to working in a co-ordinated and collaborative way.

Underpinning the work of the Warren Teaching School Alliance will be the following five principles:

  • Raising standards, outcomes and life chances for children
  • Being honest, trustworthy and understanding
  • Sharing responsibility
  • Participating in school to school improvement
  • Communicating the message within and beyond the Alliance

Raising standards, outcomes and life chances for children.

  • To provide a wide range of learning and teaching programmes to as many schools as possible
  • To sustain a strong Leadership Team at Warren Teaching School Alliance to drive the Business Plan forward
  • To work with local, Cluster and Academy schools to deliver outstanding teaching models
  • To work in partnership with The Highway school to broker accommodation for courses
  • To deliver the ITP, OTP, Succession Leadership and NQT programmes within the first two years
  • To develop ITT opportunities in partnership with a minimum of five local schools
  • To reward staff and Alliance schools delivering outstanding training
  • To investigate middle leadership training for future years
