Course Overview:

Do you want the opportunity to observe and reflect upon excellence in teaching and learning?
If you are, look no further as this programme is specifically written with you in mind. Now in its third year, the Developing Excellence in Teaching Programme has a proven track record of success.
Course Content:
- Developing a clear understanding of what excellent teaching looks and feels like.
- Becoming more reflective of your own teaching practice.
- Appreciating the impact that excellent teaching has on the outcomes of all pupils.
- Understanding the importance questioning has on deepening thinking and advancing learning.
Facilitated Sessions (09:15 – 12:00)
A facilitated and collaborative CPD session, including the opportunity to observe and reflect upon strong teaching in action. |
Triad Sessions (AM only)
An opportunity to observe peers implement the focus area for development, as well as observe high-quality practice within their schools. |
