- Developing a clear understanding of what excellent teaching looks and feels like.
- Becoming more reflective of your own teaching practice.
- Appreciating the impact that excellent teaching has on the outcomes of all pupils.
- Understanding the importance questioning has on deepening thinking and advancing learning.
|Facilitated Sessions (09:15 – 12:00)
A facilitated and collaborative CPD session, including the opportunity to observe and reflect upon strong teaching in action.
|Triad Sessions (AM only)
An opportunity to observe peers implement the focus area for development, as well as observe high-quality practice within their schools.
